Empower Women Mentor. I am passionate about linking business success with social progress and promoting women’s leadership and the rights of migrants and refugees. I am convinced that women’s economic empowerment is essential to gender equality and that every institution, including public and private companies should have more diverse leaders. And I believe that feminist theories and human rights concepts should not only be discussed in academic circles or at the UN, but they should be part of the DNA of every organization.
