This How-To Note provides an overview of USAID requirements for reporting on progress toward gender equality and women’s empowerment in Performance Plans and Reports (PPRs). This information is used to determine how well USAID activities around the world have met objectives related to gender equality, women’s empowerment, gender-based violence, and women, peace and security as defined by the Gender Key Issues.
