Evaluation and Civil Society. Stakeholders' perspectives on National Evaluation Capacity Development

    When countries are not accountable on how they used foreign aid money then evaluation/monitoring becomes a challenge.Thus, in countries having their own internal evaluation systems, there should be the active involvemen of civil society
