Announcing the EW@W Platform (Empowering Women at Work)

We are happy to announce the launch of the new EW@W platform (Empowering Women @ Work) committed to reduce gender gaps in the labour force participation by 25 per cent by 2025. The EW@W Capacity Development platform was created to place a priority on training and development, knowledge sharing, and highlighting lessons learned to elevate the future of women at work. EW@W has been developed as part of the WE EMPOWER G7 Project, funded by the European Union (EU); implemented by UN Women and the International Labour Organization (ILO), in collaboration with its training arm, the International Training Centre (ITCILO).
The We-Test Self-assessment is also now available as an important part of the EW@W platform. Please take the test to measure your company’s capacity to promote gender equality and improve women’s economic empowerment. The self-assessment was presented during the webinar Business, non-discrimination and gender equality in the time of COVID-19 on April 29th. In case you’ve missed it, or if you wish to share with colleagues, the recording and take-aways of the session are available here.
Since the We-Test Self-assessment is anonymous, you can contribute to the platform’s benchmarking tool while personally keeping track of your own results. All who work in quality and competitive advantage within your company are welcome to take the self-assessment.
