My name is Belly Jullians Orondo, founder of The Plant-A-Smile Initiative, a Charitable Initiative which encourages and utilizes volunteer-ism from among willing youths from my Church and Circle of Friends towards giving back to the society. This we do through visiting carefully selected Children’s homes and homes for the underprivileged with the view of supplementing some of their dietary and basic living requirements like bedding, clothing and medical supplies.

I am very passionate about Girls and Young Women and my ultimate desire is to see them thrive and conquer the very top of whichever corporate level, career or educational endeavor that they set out to do. It is for this reason that I have developed keen interest in taking part in the UN Women / Empower Women Global Champion for Change Programme because i believe it it will give me the opportunity to actively be involved in pushing creating awarenesses for gender equality and women's economic empowerment.
