Bio
My studies of International Relations with focus on Women´s Rights and International Development took me to many places of the world, yet it wasn´t until volunteering in Ecuador with indigenous women from rural communities when I truly realised the potential we are missing in omitting the minority groups from job market, economy and daily life. Since then, I´ve been determined to fight for inclusion and quality education, which I see as precondition for economic empowerment of women of all backgrounds.br /I have been working for several institutions such as Amnesty International, humanitarian organization People in Need, UNICEF and have organized numerous workshops and seminars with focus on human rights and skills sharing.
