Natty Ndate Loeschke is graduate from Devry University with an MBA and a concentration in business intelligence and analytics management. Natty is bilingual English-French and also speaks a third language known as Wolof. Natty is the founder and CEO of the Society for Big Data Management (SBDM) and Boys & Girls Club Senegal (BGC-SN). She has a strong background in been actively involved in many Community Empowerment organizations and Peace Building associations. As an advocate for Human Rights, she volunteered her time with the Global Eco-village Network and worked effectively with her fellow Senegalese and Americans citizens to educate communities on Human Rights, Women Empowerment, Peace-Building and Sustainable Development. She has a background in Human Rights, Intercultural Communication, Motivational Speaking, African Community Empowerment, Gender Equality, Conflict Resolution, Peace-Building, Human Resource Management, Project Management, Leadership, and Customer Relations.
