Dorcas is a 2016-2017 Champion for Change @ Empower Women & founder of an NGO, that is strongly committed towards human rights, raising awareness, advocating, campaigning and promoting gender equality.
She is an ambitious and talented financial analyst by profession; she holds an accounting & finance degree, an MBA and currently studying to becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA (SA)). Her vision is to be a leader in promoting active, visible women leadership in the community and to foster interaction between community members, the government along other Industry players.
She is also the Founder of TCPI GROUP, a civil engineering construction company specializing in heavy construction and mining (https://www.tcpigroup.co.za). The organisation encourages female entrepreneurship and participation by women in the construction industry.
