In partnership with the Government of Canada, UN women launched the Empower Women initiative in 2013. Since then, Empower Women has grown from being a website that aggregates content on women’s economic empowerment to a remarkable global movement. It is a movement of passionate, ambitious members and Champions of Change. They are raising awareness and driving change for women’s economic empowerment in their communities.
