Agnes is a Founder and Managing Director Trumark Company a Social Enterprise dealing with Women and Youth Empowerment Initiative Programs in Tanzania. She holds Masters Degree in Business Administration on Corporate Management and experienced in Training, Events Management and Mass Communication.

Being exposed in Local and International Organizations accelerated her desire in empowering communities and providing leakages for economic growth and social welfare. Through her career she has been able to impact and change the life of majority through overcoming life challenges and transform in opportunities.

Agnes strongly believe every life challenge is an opportunity to explore being financially, socially, health as long as ones has positive attitude. She stands to be a young leader who shows the way to young people to explore opportunities and take charge.

Her motto trying is the best option rather than giving up, since every step in life makes a difference.
