Glory has a background in rural sociology and development policy with more than 12 years of experience as an activist with NGOs in the domains of human rights, gender, land rights and social inclusion. She is the founding President of Rural Women Center for Education and Development (RuWCED)-Cameroon, a grassroots NGO, which seeks solutions to critical women human rights issues like; cultural discrimination, stigmatization, poor/no education and violence in rural Cameroon and beyond.br /Glory holds a PhD in Sociology of Development and is a senior fellow of the African Good Governance Network (AGGN) where she actively contributes to issues of youth and governance in Africa.
