Lydia Oladapo has a B.Sc. Hons Degree in Physics from University of Ibadan.She is a certified QMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001),Prince 2 Practitioner and an Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS 18001) Auditor.She is an Alumnus of the Pan African University/EDC,World Bank Funded WomenX, Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management program .She is the MD of Outstanding Resource Services and has 16 years of experience developing QMS for organizations, Managing Customer Service improvement, and helping to develop the Project Management capabilities and Capacities of individuals and organizations. Nike has a passion for nation building and development. To achieve this, she started African Women in Business Capacity Development (AWINBCD) Programme where Women in Business and Women Business Leaders are taught Free,how to ensure their businesses are viable, sustainable and profitable by implementing Quality in their businesses.
