Experienced in designing market entry research, and executing market specific strategies in the East Africa region. Executed projects include country-specific market feasibility studies, product market-fit research, brand localization and selected in-country sales strategy.

Having more than 9 years of experience spanning FMCG, micro finance, health and agriculture, has worked with the biggest banking group in East Africa and has successfully served in various marketing roles within the corporate and startup world.

Malele has tremendous experience in stakeholders’ management and last-mile interventions working with government, funders, corporates and companies that are setting-up their operations in East Africa.

Malele graduated from Daystar University with a B.A in Marketing Communication as is currently pursuing an M.A in Monitoring and Evaluation from the same University.
