Originally from Malaysia however reside in Ohio, US for the past 20 years , I do enjoys biking, reading. and networking. Earned both Master in Education and Bachelor in Arts from University of Toledo. Currently, working on my Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership. I am a passionate Founder of an educational grassroots nonprofit community organization- Inclusive: Women of Toledo, Year 2016-2018 President for the American Association of University Women (AAUW), Toledo branch and an active Member of Junior League of Toledo (JLT). My strength in leadership is bringing a diverse group of community together and engage them in ‘salad bowl’ ideology. I envision to have a community that can come together to talk, disagree, offer insights and reflect to produce a meaningful results. I believes that the more we can challenge the status quo the higher the impact of the movement for positive social change.
