Education & Training: Human Resource Consultant and Motivational Speaker. She has just recently launch her second company Connect Your Dots, which deals with mentoring, motivational and stress management talks in corporate and through schools.
Work Experience
Marcia has worked with the following organizations Delta Supply Company, Illuminat Jamaica Limited, Digital Transtec Limited and BH Paints (presently) in a Human Resource Capacity, she has now taken both her experiences in Human Resource Management and Mentoring to grow Connect your Dots. Additionally she has worked with New Style Radio, UK has a programme host, she is currently assigned to the mentoring programme at UTECH, NYS and YOU (Director now YUTE).
She is the founder of a non-profit organization, The Ronald Skervin Foundation which specializes in cancer support services both for patients, families and friends locally and in the UK
