As a Human Rights Officer at the National Human Rights institution, I am passionate about promoting human rights within the disabled population, I founded Tusaidiane Disabilities Resources and Charity Organization of Tanzania. My organization provides an inspiring environment for people with varying disabilities. My goal is to enable the economic empowerment of the disadvantaged groups in my community. The word "Tusaidiane" is a Swahili word implying Let us help each other in the sense that "We cant help everyone, but everyone can help some one"
