Betty is a social entrepreneur, Ashoka Change maker scholar ,City youth ambassador with Brand Your Waithood organization, She has 13 years experience both in health and banking sector, six of those years she has assumed different leadership roles. She is the founder of Abetec Business Solution a social enterprise that addresses financial inclusion challenges through financial and digital literacy to youth and women. br /She has previously worked with a Micro Finance Bank in Kenya, Promoting economic development, through the support of micro-entrepreneurs and SMEs .She is passionate about women, she is currently and actively involved in a voluntary work of empowerment for women and girls in Africa in a capacity of a co-founder with an NGO by the name VNoW. The passion to work for women has earned her a recognition by (Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) as a champion for Africa 4 her campaign.
