I obtained my Diploma in Economics and Accountant and Auditing from Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics, Khujand in 2013, as well as have my graduate Bachelor degree in English teacher from Pedagogical College, Khujand in 2006.
Since 2006, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and positions, starting my work in governmental institutions (Secondary school in Qairoqqum) and including international organizations (The Emergence group, project by USAID). In those positions, I implemented a diverse range of tasks, covering but not limited to:drafting project proposals, working on project implementation, M&E, reporting, facilitating in organizing events (trainings, seminars, conferences) on local and international levels, building effective coordination and supporting strong communication with project partners and governmental and international stakeholders, working with local and regional communities in Dushanbe and other regions of Tajikistan, as well as executing ad
