I am passionate about helping small and medium enterprises make the most of their human capital by providing human resource outsourcing solutions and employment law advisory in Mauritius and East Africa. With over eight years of experience, I am looking to give importance and simplify the meaning of human resources and employment law. I also combine change management to my solutions delivery so that my client companies can grow and blossom in an efficient and cost effective way.

I hold a Bachelor of Law from the University of Kent, UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Wales, UK. I am a Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders and she also provides trainings and mentorship to entrepreneurs in Mauritius and in the East African region.
