Historically, men were gatekeepers for gender inequality. But the impact of the women’s equality movement brings a potentially positive and powerful new role for men: as agents of change. The 21st century workplace is being redefined and this is opening up new opportunities for men to engage in the gender equality revolution.

We will be addressing questions such as:

  • What are some of the actions men in the workplace can take to support the gender equality revolution?
  • Whey should men join the gender equality revolution?
  • How can men support women in the 21st century world of work?
