Empower Women is happy to announce the Spanish Webinar Series “Empower Women – Empodera a las Mujeres” to be rolled out over the course of June to August 2016 (see details below).

The webinar series targets every woman, girl, man and boy that has an interest in making a difference for gender equality and women’s economic empowerment. Since the webinars will be conducted in Spanish only, participants will be need to be able to read, understand and speak the Spanish language.

This webinar series is part of Rosario del Pilar Díaz Garavito‘s project as an Empower Women Global Champion for Women’s Economic Empowerment. As usual, we are excited to support our Champions on their empowerment journeys.

Learning objectives

- Increase the understanding of the importance of women’s economic empowerment.

- Inspire change makers to take action for women’s economic empowerment in local communities and how everyone can contribute to the implementation of Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

Participants who attend all five webinars and who complete the final quiz on 5 August will be issued an Empower Women certificate of completion.
